Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pikospace ("the platform," "the service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms. These terms apply to all users, including guests and registered account holders.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please do not share your password or allow others to access your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Accounts found to contain false information, impersonate others, or engage in abuse may be suspended or terminated.

Guest Mode

Pikospace allows users to explore the room builder in Guest Mode without creating an account. Guest progress is stored in your browser's local storage and is not saved to our servers.

Guests cannot: save rooms to the cloud, purchase ZEN, buy marketplace items, list items in the Thrift Store, subscribe to Premium, or share rooms publicly. To unlock these features, you must sign in or create a free account.

ZEN Virtual Currency

• ZEN is a virtual in-platform currency used to purchase items in Pikospace. ZEN has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside of the platform's allowed features.
• ZEN balances are tied to your account and are non-transferable between accounts.
• We reserve the right to adjust ZEN balances in cases of suspected fraud, chargebacks, abuse, or technical errors.
• Unused ZEN does not expire under normal circumstances, but may be forfeited if your account is terminated for violations of these terms.
• ZEN earned through idle time ("idle earnings") is a platform feature subject to change at any time.

Premium Plans

• Pikospace Premium currently offers Lifetime for $30, billed once through Stripe, with no recurring charges and no free trial, and Monthly for $5/month, renewing monthly until canceled. Eligible users may start Monthly with a 7-day free trial: no payment at trial signup, then $5/month unless canceled before the trial ends.
• Existing Annual and Monthly subscriptions retain their current billing terms; this offer does not migrate existing subscribers. Lifetime purchases retain permanent Premium access.
• Premium grants access to additional rooms, exclusive furniture and decor, rare animated backgrounds, 2× idle ZEN earnings, and early access to new features.
• You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time through your Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain Premium access until then. If you cancel during a trial, access remains through the trial end date and no subscription charge is made. Lifetime has no subscription to cancel.
• Refunds for Premium charges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact [email protected] within 7 days of a charge if you believe you were billed incorrectly.
• Premium features and pricing may change over time. We will notify active subscribers in advance of material changes.

Marketplace Rules

• The Pikospace Marketplace allows users to browse and purchase digital items such as furniture, backgrounds, and decorative objects using ZEN.
• All marketplace purchases are final. Items are digital goods delivered to your account immediately upon purchase.
• The Thrift Store allows users to resell previously purchased items to other players at a ZEN price they set. Pikospace takes a platform fee on Thrift Store sales.
• You may not use the marketplace to engage in price manipulation, fraudulent listings, or any other deceptive practices.

User-Generated Content and Shared Rooms

When you design a room on Pikospace, you retain ownership of your creative arrangement. By choosing to share a room publicly, you grant Pikospace a non-exclusive license to display that room on the platform and in promotional materials.

Shared rooms must not contain offensive, illegal, or infringing content. We reserve the right to remove public rooms that violate these terms.

Prohibited Behavior

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the platform or its APIs.
• Using bots or automated scripts to farm ZEN, manipulate marketplace prices, or abuse platform features.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes made in bad faith.
• Creating multiple accounts to bypass limits or exploit platform features.
• Uploading or sharing content that is illegal, violates intellectual property rights, or is otherwise harmful.

Refund Policy

All purchases of ZEN and digital items are generally non-refundable once delivered. Exceptions may be made at our discretion for documented technical errors or billing mistakes. Please contact us within 7 days of a purchase at [email protected] if you believe you experienced a billing error.

Platform Availability and Changes

We aim to keep Pikospace available and running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, add, or remove features at any time. We are not liable for any downtime or loss of access. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes to core paid features.

Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud or abuse, or otherwise harm the platform or its users. In cases of serious violations, action may be taken without prior notice. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting [email protected].

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pikospace and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of ZEN, items, or account access. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Children's Use

Pikospace is not intended for children under 13 years of age. By using the platform, you represent that you are at least 13 years old. Users between 13 and 18 should have parental consent before making purchases. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that appear to belong to users under 13.
